Easter Sunday

A day late. I know:D
I don't know about you but when I hear the word "Easter", I immediately think of cute pastel colored things, specifically eggs and bunny ears. But of course, Easter sunday is not about bunnies hiding eggs for you to find, it's just something they used to teach children the concept of JC dying on the cross and resurrecting again after 3 days. Hence the color combination of what I'm wearing now. Red. Black. White.

At first glance, I look like I'm wearing a black dress that's the nice thing about fitted cropped top, you can make it look like you're wearing a dress. Sometimes, there are these bottoms that are so "alanganin" in length that you don't know what to wear on top. So buying this top is perfect! Especially if you have a nice body e.g. hot abs :)) (Wishful thinking here)

I got the top and skirt from Forever 21 on one of my random impulse buys. Got the oversized blazer from zoo and sneakers from Cotton on. You can opt not to wear the blazer if you feel confident showing of your body, like I said it would look even better if you have a nice one. This is as close as I can get to revealing some skin:)) I don't think I can go out without the blazer  --> My shy conservative nature won't permit to do so.  Plus I don't think it's very church appropriate anyway if I leave out the blazer. Good thing I take my pictures inside my room now, So liberating to take my own photos now. More poses, more pictures to choose from. More problems too--> Taking me a longer time*(longer than the usual) to post an entry cause of the photos that need to be cut down and edited. Pain in the a** now by the way. Haha

Holy week was sorta boring. How did it come to a point that staying inside the house for more than a day  feels like being imprisoned for a month. Do you know the feeling of black outs and everyone's forced to entertain each other since you're all stuck inside the house? Well, that's how it felt like the whole time. Don't get me wrong, I love spending time with my crazy family! I just hate the monotony of our routine: Literally, Eat, sleep, Tv and Exercise. Every single day! (Some would say,at least may exercise?)Maybe I'm just not used to staying inside the house the whole day. It has only been a week or so since school ended.

Coat on again:

I'm always wearing this watch. This or the Marc Jacobs one=sucks btw. I don't really wear a lot of accessories but watches are a must.

Sorry. It's just so hard to choose. I had to choose like 5 from my 79 photos. @_@ maybe soon, I will learn the art of cut throat system. Just choose one! (indecisiveness at play) Probably if I'm sick of taking a multitude of pictures. Maybe.
Also, You may have noticed the different lighting/color of the pictures. hahaha! that's the product of laziness. Some edited, some aren't. HEHE
Anyway, Thanks for scrolling down! Happy Easter everyone!

PS: Thinking of painting my room white--> At least this side of the wall for picture purposes. What do you think?

Peachy Prim

Say bye to Iphone Camera photos! (Well, not totally :D) and hello to more SLR pictures. Thanks TLK for setting it up and teaching me hihi.
My first time to actually shoot myself using a SLR and doing it on Pmode. @_@ I can't tell if a photo is good/good enough or not. Nevertheless, I'm seriously enjoying this! The only con is the 2 added steps! (Importing and editing) My indecisiveness will not help me in the editing part!

I apologize in advance for the multiple self shots. I enjoyed taking my own photos too much. Kinda got carried away with the remote:)) FYI, I already cut like 90%! :))

The sequinned collared top from Korea, Peach skirt with silhouette from Forever 21, White socks with pink ribbons from Japan, Shoes from F21 Japan. Felt like dressing girly that day and so I did. :)

Sock mode :))

Pastel kitty

Thinking how to pose. for real!

Yellow socks with ribbon on the side from Japan:) Soo kyot.

Pastel skirt from Japan as well. T

Meoooow!
I knooooww so "pacute" hahaha! well, I can only do this for a short amount of time since I'm turning 20 this June! sayyy whaaat?! :))
A fun casual outfit for a fun day. Yesterday was my little sister's birthday, we pretended not to care and treated her day like an ordinary one wherein we'll just go to her choice of restaurant and eat dinner. Little did she know (atleast I think she doesn't) we asked all her friends and relatives to surprise her at out restaurant, Frazzled Cook:)) In short, we made up some ruse to get her to go inside the restaurant:)) should have seen her reaction when she came in, with party poppers popping evrywhere, balloons scattered all over the place --->which btw contain messages from the people who came!:) Can't believe she's already 16 years old!

That very same morning, I wore a coral hanging sweater with a sky blue/powder blue skirt with sneakers. Turns out, the random clothes I got is sorta "in". :)) We went to the mall (prior to the surprise party to buy her some new clothes to change for the party )and saw stores full of pastel colored clothes, stripes, denim and prints!

Thinking of having my hair cut shorter,  specially the ends. whaddya think?

Throwback Thursdays

Surprise! Something new and something old!
Coincidentally, Its the first time I stepped out of the house for more than 4 kilometers since summer vacation started and its a thursday. The title's named throwback thursdays cause of the clothes I'm wearing, its a dress I bought 5 years back from Topshop since it has a slightly lower neckline that I'm not comfortable wearing for brunch I topped it off with a white collared sleeveless from Topshop ( 3 years ago) as well. But aside from that, everything's pretty much recent.
You may be wondering why I'm making such a big deal out of these outfits, well it's not so much a big deal but more like, excitement to match something I want to wear and not having a dress code that confines me with limited choices and of course, to wear all the crap I've been buying that's rotting inside the closet begging me to wear them. :))

Today was a very relaxing stress free day, Started the day right by adding a little exercise before heading off to brunch (wildflour, where else? dying to try something new though) with my sister and her friend. And finally (been craving for atleast 2 weeks already) had Cibo too for a very late lunch although recently, I don't have my usual appetite, even with my favorite "merienda-ish meal?" which is Funghi Praga dip and Tonno Panini from cibo ( Can you actually believe it, I didn't finish it! On a normal day I would gobble it all up and still feel like wanting more!) then came home played Xbox kinect game: Dance central ( I swear! super lazy-ass people friendly! Keeps you going, instead of sitting with your computer/ Iphone playing games  why not try this. For me it's a really good investment since not only will you get to enjoy playing you're actually burning calories too! )(Okay think that sounded like I'm advertising the product lol) for One and half hour!! Amazeballsss Sweated like crazy ( It usually takes me more than 20 mins to warm up, don't sweat as easy compared to normal people)

Anyway, enough about that! OH YEAH Noticed anything neeeewwww??

It's my first time wearing red lipstick and actually going out with that smeared all over my lips! I don't normally wear lipstick, not even for parties. But since I felt like trying something new, I used my Elizabeth Arden red lipstick courtesy of Asian Dragon x Elizabeth arden. haha!
SO here's to actually trying out something new this summer, like I mentioned on the last entry.
Oh yeah also, Got a Vivi Magazine from my sister's friend, Yendy, who just got back from HK:) Love it!

Latest Vivi April 2013 hihi
BEFORE I FORGET! A real "throwback thursday" photo!

Guess! which one am I?

Detail oriented

The color red. Everyone or anyone, who's Chinese, knows that whenever a relative's( particularly "old"er people) celebrating their nth birthday wearing red is a must.   Which explains my outfit for that night, which also brings me to one realization: I don't have red tops/dresses. seriously! I think red's not a very flattering color for the yellow-skinned people lol. Ask around, guaranteed 90% will say they have only 1 or 2 red items inside their closet---> which they wear repeatedly whenever someone's gonna celebrate their birthday. Funny but true.  Anyway, 3 hours prior to this look I was having a hard time picking what to wear ( hard time picking, seeing as I don't have anything red to wear, not because I have a lot to choose from) Originally, I already have an outfit which is this top with a black/white peplum skirt then I remembered of course, I can't wear that because of (do I really have to repeat this again and again?) HAHA Anywhoooo, I ordered a red skirt for Chicwish.com prolly 5 months ago so I wore that instead.
The top I got from Korea. Saw it at Myeong Dong in one of the stores, we were rushing so I just bought it without trying it on. Honestly, every clothing I bought in Korea was never tried on.(It's pretty tedious to remove every piece of clothing I'm wearing due to the cold weather and wear it all back again, it's like opening a 7 layered-wrapped up gift then wrapping it up again. ---> not that I'm insinuating that I'm the precious gift inside *wink wink* HAHAHA! ) I just hoped it would fit hahaha luckily, everything did. ^_-v  And used my very worn out pretty ballerina red flats from Terence. Funny how I used to not like it when I first got it , now I can't seem to throw it out even if I bought a new pair exactly like it. Go figure!

Oh yeah of course Chinese food was served :)) Lily restaurant @Hyatt Hotel.

Matching Invicta watch with Terence

Trusty old Prada to match the watch. (ooh it rhymes)

I don't particularly like this photo seeing as it makes me slightly frumpy, but It's one of the few photos I have. (few being less than 10. LOL) #no photographer #shyness --> #bloggerproblems

PS: SO HAPPY School year's about to end! Not only will it be a non-academic stress-free time, it will also be my last chance (since i'm an incoming 4th year college student, next summer vacation might not be as "chill" anymore) to enroll in a make-up class so yay. Wish me luck! Here's to trying out something new for the upcoming summer vacation!
