8 cuts Burger Blends

Food Review Time.\^_^/

My Foodie friend and I went to UP town Center to try Burger Bar's (Gb5) baby brother company, 8 Cuts. Felt like eating burgers and since I wanted to go to Cafe Shibuya(Hoping they open more branches soon), We or rather I chose UP town centre :D

The problem with eating by yourself or eating with a friend is that you can only order limited choices of food especially when a restaurant offers so much variety. Family style is always recommended when eating at a new place and when planning to make a review.

Old man thought I was taking his picture HAHA

Busy crowd for a weekday.
Their signatures they call tributes. You can also have your own combination "make your own".
I love educational menus!

The Q-daddy (Php 295.00)

The Hangover ( Php  285.00) I opted for additional egg (add Php 25.00) Cause burgers are always better with eggs:D For some reason I find having eggs in burgers irresistible and its crazy how they charge added eggs (some establishments) when it costs like Php5-6.00 each. Actually any food with eggs in it sound good:))

Onion Rings (Php 65.00)with "pimp your fries option" of subatomic bacon and cheese(+Php 70.00). I just realized that my added toppings costs more than the dish. LOL
Closer view. Had my friend take photos of the food cause frankly I suck at taking food photos. hahaha
Not bad for an iPhone right?

Skinny fries (Php 45.00) with Truffle Parmesan (Php 100.00) Again topping more expensive hahaha

Overall, I rate it a 5.5/10. It was okay but nothing special that I would crave for.. Burger was slightly dry and lacking in taste as well my onion rings (slightly disappointed). -->Thats just my opinion. You can go try it out for yourself maybe its just not my taste.
Service was good though despite the heavy crowd they're still able to give good service.

A day with our dog, Ten-Ten.

This is an official post about our beloved dog! Her full name's Ten-ten Adele Hitler Lee , Tenten or TTG for short or even Baby girl --> which she responds to btw!HAHAHA
I brought her along with me to Greenbelt 5. I was approached by countless of kids and even old foreigners (says she's cute like a baby). Of course that's a fact I already know! (not some delusional mom who finds her own baby cute okay? she really is cute and adorable Lol). @-@

Asked her to stay still while I take this photo:)

Oh brother!

Please let me wander off. HAHAHA

Rooooaaarr. Sometimes I forget that she's a dog, find myself thinking she's a cat :))

What about you? Who do you look forward to seeing when you go home? :)

Chilly weekend wedding

Hello!
Last weekend we attended a Tagaytay wedding up at Ville Sommet. The weather would have been an ideal one if only we came prepared and were in comfy clothes. As you can see here my dress was less than perfect for a chilly weather ha ha the turtle neck part helped though;)

What can I say? the place was fitting to have a wedding especially a wedding shoot but a little bit inappropriate for lady guests wearing high heeled shoes. In other words, it was torture going up and down the steps. For one, the road was rough and steep that being said, wearing high heels would mean extra steep oh you know what I mean. In short, it was so scary trying to go down the path to the actual events place its like any minute now you'll fall flat on your face. :))

The travel to Tagaytay was torture! It took so long with the long traffic for reasons I still don't know even on the way back there was still heavy traffic. It was all so bizarre no actual cause of traffic I blame the Save more opening:))

Color Basics: White Black and Red

My color basics you ask? White, Black and Red. What can go wrong? It's my ultimate color combination for a simple clean and elegant look (I think its the same case for most of us). Personally, I'm not a big fan of the color red but when you put the word 'red' in lipstick then that's whole different thing:))
I can't explain how and why but putting on red lipstick can instantly change your whole look from boring to vibrant and elegant. Mind boggling how one color can change a person's whole look.

This was taken right after our big family photoshoot at the Picture Company inside the Podium Mall which was super fun btw! And the red Phone Booth helped too! Matched my lipstick lol

PS: Please ignore my cousin in the background HAHA

(On Queen: Topshop sleveless collared top, The Ramp white sleeveless vest and foam skirt, HK F21 sneaker wedges, Prada bag)

Everything looks extra strong in here cause we used the chrome filter option:) Try it!

Wouldnt mind having one of these inside the house:))

"That look here" look. *Photographer signals left hand for you to look at lol

Waist Tie

Ohaaaayyyouu. Just felt like saying that!:D Its been awhile since my last entry (sooorrrryyyyy) School was unbelievably time consuming and honestly life draining:)) #lifeofagraduatingstudent But all is well since it's sembreeeeaaak, expect a lot more post from here on now:p

It's really funny how fashion trends tend to go in circles. Like what was trendy before can be trendy again now! Why do we even bother buying so much clothes then. lol

So somehow it's a little bit economical as well hahaha I can already imagine passing all my stuff to my grandchildren. That is, if the clothes I have now will even last that long(I doubt), I would probably grow tired of it and give it away.

Seems like I've been to comfortable with wearing sneakers, I wear sneakers almost ALL the time. It's been awhile too that I wore heels haha so maybe future entries you'll see some of my imprisoned shoes begging to be used :))

Anywhooo, This look was actually inspired by one of my favorite bloggers, Elle Yamada:))

(On Queen: Forever 21 blue cap and white sleveless polo, Topshop faded Jaime pants, Gap red checkered polo, Muji Sneakers)

Hong Kong 2013

Hello!

It's sorta unusual for me(or any student) to be going to Hong Kong at a time like August where exams and everyone's pretty much in a rush to finish their requirements for the preliminaries.

Awkward Face: On.

On our way to get a cab
I love their system. They make it easy to understand and convenient for the people.
For example, you're planning to take a cab to go somewhere. You just need to refer to the board for the taxis on whether which color of cab you should take ( Blue, Red, Green). The color-coded cars make it sooo much easier for everyone living there or even just first time visitors. If you're not sure, there's always an info person waiting there willing to help you.

We took the red cabs which goes to Causeway Bay.

A line so you won't have to fight for one. See so orderly.:))

My attempt to take pictures of infrastructures LOL I really don't care about the building.

Not so bad for an iPhone camera plus taken on a moving taxi! :D

Ever so present Sasa. I wish they would open Sasa stores in the Philippines.

Eeeeep! Our(siblings) weakness, Haagen Dazs Green Tea Sandwich. No matter what the weather would be like:HOT OR COLD. We'd still buy everytime we go to any convenience store. (Proven when we went to Korea earlier this year when it was around -12C) Why can't we have these selections here?

When you're in East asian countries, expect to have a lot of green tea (Matcha) flavored whatever. But don't buy this pocky green tea mousse, it's not good.

MY FAVORITE! I especially love the butter flavor.. No such luck finding one here:(

And so after leaving our things with the concierge, we head out to ifc mall :D
Ifc Mall

View on the inside. The previous photo with the ifc sign outside actually looks like this on the inside. ^-^

I was actually semi-running already at this point. LOL IT WAS SOOOO HOTTTT and I didn't put enough sunblock on my body and by enough I mean a whole bottle of it :))
No exaggeration. It was like Philippine summer weather, I don't even walk outside when I'm in Manila so really it was too hot for me. I was laughed at by my sister for hiding and running from one shade to another. -_-

We had a late lunch. I don't mind as long as it's in Tim Ho Hwan. MUST TRY.
Directions: When you get to ifc mall's ground floor go one floor down via escalator and turn right to a small walkway then you'll see subway and elevators, right across you'll see this:

One might wonder why it's still full of people when I clearly said "Late lunch" (around 3pm already) \. Well after you've tried eating their BBQ pork buns, you won't wonder why anymore.
Seriously, anytime ANYTIME. There will always be a long line.

Baked Asado Buns. *I died*

Ordered 3 orders for 2 people. hehe 18HKD$ for each order. Cheap or not?!

Sorry. I'm not a born food photographer. For one, I can never let the food wait for me to take its picture. --> I was already itching to eat haha (Snap photo! EAT!)

Oh the usual.
Their version of soy sauce.

Sorry again. LOL

Hi Krizia:D Every seat regardless of strangers or not will be occupied so this woman(with camera) alone had to sit with us.  Awkwwaaaarrrrd.

C!ty Super! (happy face)

Take away ready made soups

(Salivate)

Variety, Variety, Variety. It's unfair.

Oh yeah. Found the wide selection of pasta amusing and cool:)
